1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. minced onion
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans water
1/2 c. rice
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except soup and water. Roll meat into 20 balls and put in deep 3-qt. casserole dish. Mix tomato soup and water together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 375º for 1 hour with lid on.
