6 oz. (3 c.) medium noodles
6 1/2 -7 oz. can tuna, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, sliced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. cheese, grated
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles using package directions; drain. Combine noodles, tuna, mayo, celery, onion, green pepper, and salt. Blend in cream of celery soup and milk; heat through. Add cheese, heat and stir until melted. Turn into 2-quart casserole. If desired, top with almonds. Bake uncovered in 425º oven for 20 minutes.
