1 (2 pound) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in large casserole; mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.
