5 pounds ground deer meat
2 pounds ground pork
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
5 1/2 teaspoons Morton tender quick cure salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and store covered in refrigerator. Once a day for 4 days take out of refrigerator and mix well. On the 4th day form into rolls. Bake 6 hours at 150º. Turn off oven and leave for another hour.
