7 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
1c. (4 oz.) blue cheese crumbles
2 T. fresh chives or green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. smoked almonds, chopped

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and milk with mixer until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except almonds. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes; top with almonds. Serve hot with French bread, crackers, or apple or pear slices.
