1 cup shortening
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 egg yolks (save whites)
1 T. cold water
½ tsp. baking soda
2 cup flour
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with pastry blender until crumbly. Press into 9X13 greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and press into crumbly mixture.
Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Fold in 1 cup brown sugar. Spread over chips being sure not to touch the sides of the pan.
