2/3 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 tsp. milk
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg: beat till light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Sift together the dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Chill dough.
On lightly floured surface, roll to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut in desired shapes with cookie cutters. Makes 2 dozen.

Bake 375 for 6-8 minutes. Watch closely. They cook fast.
