1 quart whole milk
12 -15 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup Crisco
3 pkg. dry yeast
1 T. salt
¾ cup water
3 eggs

Directions:
Heat milk until lukewarm. Mix dry yeast in ¾ cup lukewarm water until dissolved. Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and eggs to milk. Measure 12 cups flour into large bowl. Pour milk mixture over top and then add crisco and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly and add another 2-3 cups of flour. Let rise until double. Knead down and form into rolls.
Filling: spread soft butter over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Frost with butter cream icing

Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
