1 lb. hamburger
1/2 to 3/4 cup minute Rice, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
salt
head of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the hamburger, rice, cinnamon and salt together and set aside. Remove core from head of cabbage. Parboil cabbage to loosen leaves. Then wrap a small amount of meat mixture into each cabbage leaf and put a saucepan - lay them close to each other so they will not unroll. Add enough water to cover the cabbage rolls. Bring to boil and simmer until rice is done. Drain well and serve with lemon juice.
