* 1 med picnic ham bone
* 1 to 2 beer
* 2 cups brown sugar

* 2 cups brown sugar
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1/3 cup whiskey

Directions:
Preheat over to 375ºC. Cut off the skin of ham leave some fat on,cut squares on top of ham dump beer over ham pack the brown sugar on top of ham cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Lid on.

In a pot and bring Brown sugar, honey and whiskey to a boil over med heat on top of the stove keep stirring. Do this the hour before the ham is done. Baste the ham every 10 min for the last hour, baste with the beer from the bottom of the roaster then baste with the whiskey every 10 min. lid off for this part.
