1lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 ½ cup grated cheese
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup flour
¼ tsp pepper
4 eggs, beaten
Hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef and onions; drain off grease and season with salt and pepper. Place 1 can of green chilies in a 6x10x2inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese; top with meat mixture, then the remaining chili and cheese. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl; beat until smooth. Pour this mixture over chili and meat mixture. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until lightly browned and knife comes out clean. Cook 5 additional minutes and serve with hot sauce.
