1 WHOLE EGG
3 EGG WHITES
6 SHAVED SMOKED HAM CHOPPED
2 WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS
¼ CUP 2% CHADDER CHEESE
Directions:
Directions:
Beat whole egg, egg whites and ham until blended. Heat skillet sprayed with cooking oil on medium-high. Add egg mixture cook 3 min or until set. Stirring occasionally, spoon egg mixture down the center of tortillas top with cheese fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
