2/3 lb jack cheese
Green chilies
½ cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs beaten
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan. Make a layer of cheese then a layer of chilies and repeat until you have used all the cheese and chilies. Put cracker crumbs over the top. Mix together eggs and milk and flour and pour over the top of the lifting the bottom the cheese layer to get under the bottom, Bake at 350 for 30 min.
