2 packets ladyfingers
2 tbsps raspberry jam
1/4 c. sherry or rum
1 packet frozen raspberries - thawed
2 bananas sliced
1 1/2 pts. Creme Anglaise
1 pt. whipping cream & shaved chocolate to decorate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread the ladyfingers with the jam and then line a large glass bowl with them - standing up, and breaking some into the base.
2. Sprinkle them liberally with the alcohol.
3. Make the creme anglaise and whip the cream.
4. Put in half the fruit, half the custard, and half the cream. Repeat the layering, finishing with the whipped cream.
5. Decorate with the shaved chocolate and chill well before serving.
