2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
4-6 tablespoons cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Combine baking mix, corn meal, and sugar in mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk and beat until well blended. Mix in the melted butter. Pour into greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
