1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cup butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tbs. Water
3 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream sugars and butter. Add egg and water, mix well. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add gradually to egg mixture. Chill dough overnight (it is important that the dough be chilled). Wrap each mint completely in cookie dough. Place two inches apart on lightly greased cook sheet. Back 375º for 7-9 minutes.
