Bread Slices
1 meat variety - crab, ham, lobster, etc...
Velvetta Cheese
Butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one slice of bread on both sides and place in a buttered pan with at least 2 inch high sides. On bread place crab meat, etc and season. On this place a slice of velvetta cheese then another slice of bread that's has been buttered on both sides. Over this pour a mixture of the egg and the milk for each sandwich made and cook in a slow oven (200º to 250º) for two hours.
