1 lb Ground Beef, ground Turkey, or left over meat
2 Garlic Cloves peeled and minced
1 Green Pepper diced
2 Onions diced
15 oz can of Black Beans
15 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
8 oz V-8 Juice or Spagetti Sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
Opt: Whole Kernel Corn
Opt: Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, drain and set aside. Saute onion, green pepper until it starts getting soft then add the minced onion and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Combine all the ingredients in a large soup pan. Add salt, child powder and cumin. Simmer on low 2 hours. Taste and add additional chili powder if needed.

You can substitute leftover beef that has been cubed for the ground beef or add Amy's vegetarian chili.
