1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 T. Rum
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup oil
1 - 6oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and instant pudding. add sour cream, rum, vanilla and oil. Mix ingredients together. add chocolate chips. Pour into greased, floured cake pan. Bake in13 x 9" pan at 350º for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with powder sugar.
Mom got this recipe from her sister-in-law Elsie (John) Koch. After Dad died Mom spend time helping Elsie with various things that Elsie couldn't do. They both enjoyed these days together.
