2 c orzo
2 tsp canola oil
1 onion diced
2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
1 green & 1 red pepper diced
1 1/2 c mushrooms, sliced
3 T teriyaki or soya sauce
1/4 c chicken or veggie broth or water
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp oriental sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo in boiling water until al dente and drain well.
Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Heat oil in skillet.
Stir-fry vegetables on medium high heat until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
If vegetables begin to stick, add a little water.
Stir in orzo and remaining ingredients.
Cook on low heat until heated through.
Delicious at room temperature!
