4 medium red tomatoes, seeded
4 medium orange tomatoes, seeded
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 - 10.75 oz. can tomato puree
1 tsp. lime zest
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed
Garnish: lime slice & tortilla chips

In the work bowl of a good processor, combine tomatoes, jalapeno, tomato puree, lime zest, lime juice and salt. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Add onion and cilantro; pulse until desired consistency is reached. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
