1 lb. lean round steak, cut ½” thick
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup sliced onions
2 medium green peppers cut in strips
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup water
¼ cup soy sauce

2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut in eights (I added snow peas when we had them)
Pound steak to ¼” thickness. Cut into ¼” wide strips. Sprinkle with paprika. In large heavy skillet, brown strips in margarine. Add onions and peppers, simmer just until crisp-tender. Add garlic and broth and simmer 30 minutes. Blend together cornstarch, water and soy sauce, stir into skillet contents. Cook and stir until thickened. Add tomatoes (snow peas) and heat through. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
