Cake:
1 stick oleo
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 1/4 cup boiling water
Mix together and set aside.

1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
Beat and add to oatmeal mixture.

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix, then beat together with other ingredients. Add 1 cup coconut. Pour in greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350º.

Frosting :
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tbsp. butter
Bring ingredients to boil and add enough powder sugar to spread.
