1 C uncooked Rice cooked or Leftover Rice
1 lb Ground Beef
2 T Margarine
Green Pepper
C Chopped Onion
3 Cloves Garlic minced
14.5 oz can Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in large skillet breaking up into bite size pieces. When almost brown remove from pan and set aside. Wipe out grease with paper towel. In same skillet brown green pepper, onion, and garlic in margarine. When onion is translucent, stir in black pepper, tomatoes, rice and beef. Heat on med low 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with black olives and or cheese.
