4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin, cooked
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. soda
3 1/2 c. flour
walnuts, raisins, dried cranberries- optional




Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar, and eggs. Add pumpkin and water, then dry ingredients. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans (or coffee cans for a round variety.) Bake at 350 1 hr. (or less for smaller loafs.)
