2 lbs. chuck roast
2 tbsp. flour
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper
3 potatoes cut up
1 pkg. green beans
1 small bag of carrots
1 jar of pearl onions
1 can onion soup
1 empty soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Pat a little flour on roast. Add salt and pepper. Put in roasting pan. Add potatoes, green beans, carrots and pearl onions. Add onion soup and water. Cover and cook in a slow oven at 325º for approximately 3-4 hours
