4 large potatoes
1 pkg. of chicken breast
1 egg
1 c. of bread crumbs
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 c. of milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash.
While potatoes are cooking, dip chicken breast in egg and bread crumbs and cook in olive oil until brown on both sides. Add the can of cream of chicken soup and milk. Cover and cook for 45 minutes on medium to low heat.
