2 c. ham
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Canola oil
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 cups of ham through a grinder and mix with the following cream sauce:
Melt butter and add flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk until thick. The cream sauce needs to be thick to hold the ham together (pasty).
Add celery and fry in canola oil.
