1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes, quarted
2 T. oil
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 t. dried rosemary
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all Ingredients in a plastic bag; toss to coat. Pour onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered at 450 for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from the oven and cover with foil to keep warm.
