Pie Crust:
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp. of salt
5 tbsp. Crisco
3 tbsp. ice water

Pie Ingredients:
1 large can of tuna (Albacore)
2 potatoes cut into small pieces
1 small bag of frozen peas and carrots
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. of milk
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper

Pie Crust:
Mix flour and salt. Add crisco and cut criss cross with 2 knives. Add ice water and knead. Roll out the crust.

Pie Ingredients:
Cook potatoes with frozen peas and carrots in salted water.
Melt butter and add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook until thick.
In a cooking bowl combine potato mix, cream sauce and tuna. Add pie crust to top and cook at 350º for approximately 1/2 hour.
