Ingredients:  
1 pkg. frozen french cut green beans
red bell pepper (optional)
1 1/2 T. minced garlic
2 T. red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut and broil red bell peppers in oven until slightly browned.
2) Place frozen beans in saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.
3) Add bell peppers to cooked beans.
4) In small mixing bowl, combine garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk oil into garlic mixture.
4) Pour mixture over cooked beans and peppers and heat thoroughly while mixing gently.

I have not made this recipe with fresh green beans but I am sure it would taste just as delicious!
