1 T. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4-5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Put 1 c. water in small bowl, add yeast and 1 T. sugar. Let the yeast set up.
2) Melt butter. Mix eggs (beat well), butter, yeast mixture and the rest of the sugar. Add flour & salt- mix well but gently. The dough will be sticky- cover loosely and let rise for 1-2 hrs.
3) Divide into 2 parts, roll each into a circle and spread with melted butter. Cut into 12 pie shaped triangles.
4) Roll up, starting with the large end and spread with butter. Let rise for 1-2 hrs, then bake at 400º F for 8-10 minutes.
