Bread Crumbs
Canola Oil
Tomato Sauce
Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the veal thinly and dip each slice in egg and bread crumbs. Cook on each side in canola oil. Add tomato sauce to bottom of baking dish. Add a layer of cooked veal. Add a layer of provolone cheese. Add another layer of cooked veal, tomato sauce and provolone cheese.. Cook at 350º for approximately 40 minutes covered.
