2 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
11/4 c vegatable oil
2 c sugar
3 c carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two 8 or 9 in. round cake pans. Soft together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set mixture aside. Combine eggs, oil and sugar, beat until smooth. Whisk in the flour mixture and the carrots. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes (toothpick test). cool in pans for 10 min.; remove from pans and let cool completely. Ice with cream creese frosting.
