½ cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups all purpose flour (1 cup all purpose, 1 cup whole wheat flour)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana pulp and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in nuts.

Pour into greased, floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Cool well and store overnight before serving.
