4 lbs apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly (approximately 12 cups)
1 c. sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in crock pot. Sprinkle in sugar and cinnamon and toss to coat. Pour in water.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. For chunky applesauce, serve as is. For smoother applesauce, process in food mill or mash with potato masher. Delicious over vanilla ice cream or yogurt!
