2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla
1 c oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 c water

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first, then add liquid. Blend together, then pour into 9X13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350º, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
