veal (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. of onion chopped
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 potatoes
1/2 bag of baby carrots
small bag of frozen green beans
sprinkle of salt (Jane's Crazy Salt)
sprinkle of pepper
1 clove of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veal cubes in butter with some onions. Add water mixed with the bouillon cubes. Add potatoes,carrots and green beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the garlic, but remove it when stew is finished cooking. (2 hours)
