1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup cooked rice
2 tsp beef bullion
3 Tbsp hot water
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in butter. Add rice bullion, water parsley and salt and pepper. Allow to cool.

To be used as a filling for Pierogi dough. Filling can be made a day or two earlier. Remove from refrigerator a hour before preparing dough.
