chicken
1 stalk of celery
1/2 onion
3 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper
apple or almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken, 1 stalk of celery, onion, salt and pepper to a large cook pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for one hour.
When completely cooked, pull out chicken, cool a little bit, remove skin and chop up. Put chopped chicken in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, some cut up celery and a few squeezes of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
