Ingredients:
whole chicken (giblets included)
flour
sprinkle of salt
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
celery chopped
onion chopped
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove giblets from chicken and save in salted water. If you want to stuff the chicken I use Pepperidge Farm stuffing and add a little celery, onion and butter. Bake the whole chicken at 350º until golden brown.(approximately 1/2 hour per lb.) While the chicken is baking simmer the giblets in the salted water. To make the gravy, use the chicken's juices, the giblets and the salted water. In a separate bowl, mix flour and a little water together then add it to the chicken's juices, giblets and salted water to thicken the gravy. Simmer and add salt to taste.
