Brown 2 lb. – 3 lb. Chuck Steak (with bone in center cut) in oil and set aside

Puree together in Cusinart: 2 medium onions and 5 cloves garlic

¼ cup olive oil per 28 oz can pizza sauce

Heat olive oil and add onions and garlic until golden

Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes

Add 1 tsp salt per can
Add 1 tsp pepper per can
Add 1 heaping tsp crushed marjoram per can
Add ¼ to ½ tsp basil per can

Add browned meat to sauce. Cover and cook on high until boiling and then turn to low and continue to cook 2 ½ to 3 hours longer.

Serve with pasta
