¼ pound butter, softened
1 16 ounce box confectioners’ sugar
1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate, melted in a double boiler
2 tablespoons sweet ground chocolate (preferably Ghirardelli’s)
Pinch salt
1/3 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the cream slowly, mixing until the icing is of a spreadable consistency.
