1 firm, not yet ripe Camembert.
250 ml (1 cup) mascarpone cheese
100 g gorgonzola style blue cheese
chopped walnuts
slicen preserved figs
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Split the cheese horizontally and layer mascarpone, blue cheese and half the walnuts and preserved figs on the bottom half.
Close with the top half, then drizzle with honey and top with the remaining nuts and preserved figs.
Bake for 5 minutes and serve.
