1/2 lb butter (1 cup)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
3 dessertspons custard powder
1 t baking powder
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup icing sugar paste (icing sugar with tsp water)
sprinkles (or jimmies if you are from Boston)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and dry ingredients.
Bake at 375 ºF (190 ºC) for approx. 10 to 15 mins.

When biscuits have cooled make a sandwich of two biscuits connected with raspberry jam. Make a paste of water and icing sugar and place on on top. Add sprinkles.
