1/2 cup pecans
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp dried
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried
1 Tbs butter, softened
4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. each

Directions:
Directions:
Finely grind pecans, tarragon and basil in processor. Blend in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to small bowl. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a large baking sheet with foil, arrange salmon and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spoon equal amount of nut mixture over top of each fillet. Bake salmon until cooked through, about 20 minutes(10 minutes per inch of thickness of flesh).

This was one of the favorites at The Lodge and home. I have used different spices and different nuts, still comes out good!
