1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 C. cold milk
1-1/2 C. thawed Whipped Topping
1 round yellow cake layer (8 or 9 inch)
1 square BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
1 T. butter
3/4 C. powdered sugar
2 T. cold milk

Directions:
Beat pudding mix and 1 C. of milk with whisk for 2 min. Stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 min. Cut cake horizontally into 2 layers with knife. Stack cake layers on serving plate, spread pudding mixture between layers. Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar and 2 T. milk; mix well. Spread over cake and then refrigerate 1 hour.
