1 ¾ c yellow cornmeal
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 c sour milk
2 eggs
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream corn
2 jalapeño peppers, chopped small

Directions:

Mix & pour into greased pan
Bake @ 400 degrees for 30 min.
