Chicken, grilled
BBC sauce (Trader Joe's Kansas City sauce is good)
cilantro (chopped)
Gouda/mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Pizza dough, prepared (Can buy this at Trader Joe's too)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Top dough with BBQ sauce, then chicken, cilantro and a mix of the Gouda and mozzarella. Coat as directed for your crust.
