2 SLICES OF CHEESE
1 TBSP BUTTER
SALT AND PEPPER
VEGETABLES AND MEAT (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Directions:
MIX EGGS, MILK, SALT AND PEPPER TOGETHER IN A BOWL. MELT BUTTER IN FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT. POUR EGGS INTO PAN AND COOK APPROX 3 MINUTES. PLACE CHEESE ON HALF OF OMELET. ADD VEGETABLES AND MEAT. USE SPATULA TO FOLD IN HALF. LET IT COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES. FLIP AND COOK OTHER SIDE.
